        作为净零排放的引领者,美国公司Amogy目前正在为一艘1957年建造的拖船改装氨动力系统,该船还配有柴油发电机和电动机。相比起该公司在今年早些时候推出的世界上第一辆氨燃料半挂卡车,他们为这艘拖船配备的氨动力系统输出功率可达1兆瓦(1MW),是测试用的半挂卡车的三倍。这一高效的氨发电技术通过集成到混合燃料电池系统中的裂解模块来供给液态氨,为拖船的电动机提供零碳动力。Amogy表示,他们预计在2023年推出第一艘氨动力船,到2024年实现全面商业化的目标。

        The Amogy Inc, the pioneer of emission-free, is currently retrofitting a tugboat that was originally built in 1957, that uses diesel generators and electric motors, with its ammonia-to-power system. It will be outfitted with a 1-megawatt version of the unique system, three times larger than what has been field-tested on Amogy's ammonia-fueled semi truck earlier this year. Amogy's highly-efficient ammonia-to-power technology feeds liquid ammonia through its cracking modules integrated into a hybrid fuel cell system, which powers the electric motors for zero-carbon shipping. The company look forward to presenting the first ammonia-powered ship in 2023, with a target to fully commercialize in 2024, according to Amogy.

Tips:目前,氨发电主要有2种途径,氨燃料火力发电和氨燃料电池,后者又可分为两条路径:一是将氨催化裂化以产生用于燃料电池的氢气,不过由于直接裂解会提高系统的复杂度和集成度,成本高昂,因此该技术未来可能主要应用于加氢站,即加氢站通过氨在线裂解制氢;另一条途径是直接利用氨,即通过SOFC(固体氧化物燃料电池)内部的高温将氨裂解,SOFC高运行温度(550~900°C)适用于无需频繁开关的连续固定应用。因此,SOFC可应用于重型载具,适用于航空、航运、卡车运输等领域。
