    5月26日，日本拖船服务提供商——东京汽船在神奈川造船厂为新型电动拖船Taiga举行了命名和下水仪式。该船长36米，配备了一套由大容量锂离子电池和柴油发动机组成的电力推进系统。Taiga是一艘生态友好型船舶，实现了二氧化碳、氮氧化物、硫氧化物和颗粒物（PM）的低/零排放，同时也是一艘船员友好型船舶，它减少了作业中的噪音和振动，改善了船员的工作环境。

    On 26 May, Japanese tugboat services provider Tokyo Kisen held a naming and launching ceremony of the electric tugboat Taiga, currently under construction at Kanagawa Dockyard.The 36-metre-long Taiga is powered by an electric propulsion system that combines large-capacity lithium-ion batteries developed by Japanese shipping consortium e5 Lab and a diesel engine.It is an eco-ship designed to protect the environment in areas surrounding the ports of Yokohama and Kawasaki, and also a crew-friendly tugboat, not only achieving low/zero emissions of CO2, NOx, SOx, and particulate matter (PM) from the vessel but also reducing noise and vibration for an improved working environment.
