课程概述

焊接工艺和焊接方法等因素有关,操作时需根据被焊工件的材质、牌号、化学成分、焊件结构类型、焊接性能要求来确定。
首先要确定焊接方法,如手弧焊埋弧焊钨极氩弧焊熔化极气体保护焊等等,焊接方法的种类非常多,只能根据具体情况选择。确定焊接方法后,再制定焊接工艺参数,焊接工艺参数的种类各不相同,如手弧焊主要包括:焊条型号(或牌号)、直径、电流、电压、焊接电源种类、极性接法、焊接层数、道数、检验方法等。


The welding process and welding method are related to other factors, and the operation should be determined according to the material, grade, chemical composition, welding structure type and welding performance requirements of the welder.

First of all, it is necessary to determine the welding method, such as manual arc welding, submerged arc welding, GMAW and so on. There are many kinds of welding methods, which can only be selected according to the specific situation. After the welding method is determined, the welding process parameters are formulated. The types of welding process parameters are different. For example, manual arc welding mainly includes: electrode type (or brand), diameter, current, voltage, welding power supply type, polarity connection, welding layer number, pass number, inspection method, etc.
