ISM规范说明

《船舶安全操作和防止污染国际船舶管理规范》(通常简称为ISM规范)的制定，是为了让所有员工都具备适当的装备，尽可能安全地履行他们的操作职责，确保每一项行动都建立在对后果的充分理解基础上。它为船舶的安全管理和操作制定了国际标准，为公司管理的组织和安全管理体系SMS的实施制定了规则。SMS的目标是建立标准化的公司程序，具体规定对安全和环境保护的承诺，并提供不良事件的报告以及不良事件的追踪系统。包括安全和环境保护政策、指令、程序和检查清单，以确保船舶的安全操作和环境保护符合相关的国际、国家和港口国法规。

Explanation of ISM CODE
