为了加强陆上业务、提高整体生产力，支持菲律宾吕宋岛中北部地区的经济发展，由国际集装箱码头服务公司（ICTSI）运营的苏比克湾国际港口（SBITC）将部署4台橡胶轮胎式龙门吊（RTG），预计在9月底交付。码头还将扩大现役车队规模，以缩短卡车和船舶的周转时间，从而加快码头货物的流通。自2019年使用RTG以来，苏比克湾码头减少了卡车停留时间，提高了堆场利用率，增加了42%的码头静态容量。凭借新增设备，苏比克湾码头将在市场中保持领先地位，能更好地应对旺季激增的货物运输量。

    ICTSI's Subic Bay International Terminals (SBITC) will deploy four additional rubber-tired gantries (RTG) to strengthen its onshore operations and improve overall productivity, supporting the growth prospects of Northern and Central Luzon in the Philippines. The RTGs are expected to be delivered in the last week of September and will augment the terminal's existing fleet of six to enable faster truck and vessel turnaround times for smoother cargo flow. Therefore, SBITC will be able to stay ahead of the demand curve and meet increased cargo shipments during the peak shipping season. Since using RTGs in 2019, SBITS has resulted in reduced truck dwell time, improved container yard utilization, and a 42% increase in terminal static capacity.

Tips：集装箱堆场是指在集装箱码头内或码头周边地区，用于交接和保管集装箱的场所。根据职能可分为：

1. 前方堆场，加速船舶装卸作业，暂时堆放集装箱的场地。负责集装箱的检査维护、清扫消毒；空箱收发储存、保管等；

2. 后方堆场，是集装箱装卸区的组成部分，有些国家不分前、后方堆场；

空箱堆场，专门办理空箱收集保管、堆存交接的场地，可单独经营，也可由集装箱装卸区在区外另设。
