3月22日,一个由全球航运相关组织及机构和油气行业倡议组织OGCI组成的联盟获得了美国船级社(ABS)的原则性批准,将在油船上安装并使用碳捕集系统。这一名为REMARCCABLE的项目是全球首个旨在大规模演示端到端船载碳捕集的项目,也是同类项目中规模最大的。项目第一阶段于2022年启动,涉及碳捕集系统的概念设计和前端工程设计研究;第二阶段将包括船载碳捕集系统原型的设计、采购、建造以及陆上调试。第三阶段着眼于在中程油轮上安装该系统并进行海上试验。该联盟成员认为,船载碳捕集系统的应用有助于在未来五年内加速碳捕集技术的商业化。
On March 22, a consortium of global shipping organizations and the Oil and Gas Climate Initiative (OGCI) have received approval in principle from the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), to use a carbon capture system onboard an oil tanker. The Project REMARCCABLE is the world’s first project aimed to demonstrate end-to-end shipboard carbon capture at scale. The consortium began the first phase of Project REMARCCABLE in 2022, which involved conceptual design and a front-end engineering design study of the carbon capture system. The second phase would include engineering, procurement, and construction of a prototype shipboard carbon capture system and onshore commissioning. Phase three would focus on integrating the carbon capture system with the medium-range (MR) tanker and conducting sea trials. The consortium’s members believe the onboard carbon capture system could help accelerate commercial deployment of shipboard carbon capture technology within the next five years.

Tips:从目前航运市场的实际情况看,油类、集装箱及散装货物的运输是海上货流的主体。油船具有以下3个特点:
(1)长宽比较小。油船宽吃水比及方形系数较大,属于肥大型船舶,满载航行时甲板离水面很近。
(2)油船装载时纵向弯矩较大。因此油船油舱结构多采用纵骨架式,以增强纵向强度。油船货舱内均设有舱壁,保证纵向强度和减轻自由液面对稳性的影响;油船设置多道横舱壁和强肋骨框架,用以增强横向强度。
(3)油船货舱区域甲板管系较多,并设有纵通的人行步桥或安全通道。在甲板纵中部布置集管区,以便与岸上管系连接。油船在装卸货油时通过货油泵和输油管系经集管区向外输送的,甲板上无大型起货设备和大舱口,仅在集管区设起重量较小的油管吊,配合货油泵、管路及各种控制阀完成装卸货油作业。
