总部位于挪威的氢燃料电池开发商TECO 2030与瑞典油船运营商Ektank AB、壳牌公司以及挪威船级社合作推出了Hy-Ekotank氢动力油船设计方案。该方案将为Ektank公司现有油船安装具备压缩氢气/液化氢储罐的燃料电池装置,以实现船舶在港期间的零排放,并最大限度地减少航行中的温室气体排放。

Lysaker headquartered at Norway, The hydrogen fuel cell developer TECO 2030 has partnered with Swedish tanker operator Ektank AB, Shell Shipping and Maritime, and DNV to unveil the Hy-Ekotank concept ship.The concept would see the retrofit installation of fuel cells with compressed or liquid hydrogen storage on existing Ektank vessels. The solution is aimed at eliminating emissions in port and reducing up to 100% of GHG emissions on voyages.

Tips:压缩氢气,又被称为高压气态储氢,是指在氢气临界温度上通过高压压缩的方式存储气态氢。这种储氢方式是现在最常用并且发展较为成熟的技术,但与低温液化储氢相比,也存在着体积效率低等缺点,目前在船用领域的应用受限。

近日,澳大利亚能源巨头Woodside与合作伙伴共同开发了一套海底沉箱清洗与检查系统(CCAIT),可以安全且经济地远程检查海洋平台的关键设备。据悉,该系统配备有一个真人大小的机器人,可以通过系缆和绞盘下到沉箱内部,使用探测臂对沉箱内部的结构和重要设备进行超声波检查,并将高清视频回传给技术人员。

Australian energy giant Woodside has joined forces with the industry to design  an offshore caisson cleaning and inspection tool (CCAIT system) that allows safe and cost-effective remote inspection of critical equipment on its offshore platforms. Woodside informed that this system incorporates a human-sized robot, designed to inspect the inside of caissons that are used on offshore platforms to house critical equipment such as firewater and seawater lift pumps. When lowered inside the cassion via a tether and winch arrangement, it can probe arms extend to enable ultrasound inspection and transmit a series of high-definition cameras stream video to the technicians.

近日,劳氏船级社授予上海船舶研究设计院(SDARI)210,000载重吨的纽卡斯尔型散货船设计原则性批准(AIP),该散货船应用了Anemoi旋筒帆等节能设计,可显著提高效率并减少对环境的影响。旋筒帆是一种圆柱形机械帆,当它被驱动旋转时,可以利用风能为船舶提供辅助推进力,由此降低燃料消耗,并减少5-30%的有害物质排放。该技术还可与其他节能技术相结合,进一步提高效率,降低各种船用动力方案的能耗。

Classification society Lloyd’s Register has granted approval in principle (AIP) for a Shanghai Merchant Ship Design and Research Institute (SDARI) designed 210,000 dwt Newcastlemax bulk carrier equipped with Anemoi rotor sails. This ship design to develop a series of energy-efficient vessel designs equipped with rotor sails. Rotor sails are modern mechanical sails comprised of tall cylinders which, when driven to spin, harness the renewable power of the wind to provide auxiliary propulsion to vessels and can reduce overall fuel consumption and lower harmful emissions by 5-30%. The technology can be used in combination with other technologies to further increase efficiency and reduce fuel consumption of all fuel types including incoming future fuels.

EEDI(Energy Efficiency Design Index) 

船舶能效设计指数

Tips:船舶能效设计指数(EEDI)是船舶消耗的能量换算成CO2排量和船舶有效能量换算成CO2排量的比例指数,也称新船能效设计指数。EEDI越高,能源效率越低,同时它还是一个衡量船舶设计与建造能效水平的指标。由于能源效率与二氧化碳关系的紧密性,IMO设立了EEDI,以表对减少航运业温室气体排放的决心。



MAN ES与中英船管船队就EEXI合规方案达成协议

MAN Energy Solutions and Anglo-Eastern Agree on EEXI Compliance Measures

MAN ES公司近日与总部位于香港的中英船舶管理有限公司(Anglo-Eastern)签约,将为其船队提供可覆盖功率限制(Overridable Power Limitation)方案,以满足即将实施的IMO MARPOL VI EEXI法规要求。作为对OPL方案的补充,MAN公司还开发了配套的改装解决方案,MC以及ME系列发动机均可使用。OPL通过将原主机产生的最大功率(以及燃料消耗)限制在低于最初设计和认证的值来减少碳排放,从而满足大多数船东对简单经济的EEXI合规方案的需求。

MAN Energy Solutions has signed a Letter of Commitment (LOC) with ship manager, Anglo-Eastern, at its Hong Kong head office to supply its Overridable Power Limitation (OPL) solution, including service installation,  to meet the impending IMO MARPOL VI EEXI regulation. In preparation for the upcoming EEXI regulation, MAN Energy Solutions developed retrofit solutions to satisfy vessels in need of an OPL scheme, both for MC- and ME- engines. OPL reduces carbon emissions by restricting the maximum power – and thus, fuel consumption – produced by prime movers to a lower value than what was originally designed and certified for.

MARPOL公约 

Tips:MARPOL(The International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships)全称国际防止船舶造成污染公约。该公约的英文简称MARPOL是由Marine(海洋的,海事的)的前半部分MAR以及Pollution(污染)的前半部分POL组合而成。MARPOL是国际海事组织(IMO)为保护海洋环境制定的,有关防止和限制船舶排放油类和其他有害物质污染海洋方面的安全规定的国际公约。该公约1973年通过IMO决议,经修订,于1983年10月2日正式生效。
