胜科海事向Norled公司交付第二艘电池动力客滚船

Sembcorp Marine Hands Over 2nd Zero-emission Battery-powered RoPax to Norle

新加坡海工巨头胜科海事向挪威公司Norled交付了第2艘电池动力客滚船（RoPax）Dragsvik号。该型零排放系列船共订购3艘，由胜科海事子公司LMG Marin设计，能在锂电池的驱动下以10节的航速运行，使用绿色水电为其充电，每艘船可容纳300人和80辆汽车（或10辆汽车和10辆拖车的组合）。为了满足Norled公司的运营需求，Dragsvik号还配备了一系列新型节能设备，包括岸电快速连接装置、自动系泊、自动航行、高效船体、推进及热能回收系统等。

Singapore-based shipbuilder Sembcorp Marine has handed over the second of three identical battery-operated roll-on/roll-off passenger (RoPax) ferries to Norwegian ferry operator Norled AS. Built based on the proprietary design of Sembcorp Marine’s wholly-owned subsidiary, LMG Marin AS, the zero-emission vessel will be capable of operating at a service speed of 10 knots, has a capacity to carry 300 persons and 80 cars or a combination of up to 10 cars and 10 trailer trucks, powered by lithium-ion batteries which are charged using green hydro-electric power. Optimised to meet Norled’s operational requirements, the ferry named Dragsvik is equipped with energy-efficient features including quick-connection shore charging plugs, auto-mooring and auto-cross capabilities, efficient hull, propulsion and heat recovery systems.

壳牌决定在荷兰鹿特丹港的Tweede Maasvlakte投资建设Hydrogen I项目。该项目预计于2025年完工，届时，它将成为欧洲最大的可再生氢工厂，具备日产6万千克绿氢的生产能力。该工厂每日电解制氢所需的200兆瓦电力将由海上风电场Hollandse Kust Noordt提供。未来，该项目生产的绿氢将取代灰氢用于运输等领域，以减少碳排放。

Shell Nederland and Shell Overseas Investments, both subsidiaries of Shell, have taken the Final Investment Decision (FID) to build Holland Hydrogen I on the Tweede Maasvlakte in the port of Rotterdam. It’s said to be Europe’s largest renewable hydrogen plant once operational in 2025, and will produce up to 60,000 kilograms of renewable hydrogen per day.The hydrogen production will be powered with electricity coming from the 759 MW Hollandse Kust Noord offshore wind farm.

Maersk Tankers Launches Digital Solution to Help Ships Track Their Emissions

马士基油船公司推出新的数字解决方案，以帮助船东达到所需的碳排放标准。自2023 年1 月1日起，国际海事组织将根据排放情况对船舶进行年度能效分级。该方案可以跟踪和报告船舶排放情况，船东和管理人员可以利用这些数据，采取措施改善船舶的运营，如调整航线或航速等。

Danish tanker shipping firm Maersk Tankers, together with shipowners in its pools, has launched a new digital solution to help owners meet the required marine emissions standards. Because the International Maritime Organization’s Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII) aims to cut greenhouse gas emissions for vessels already on the water, shipowners are required to track and report vessel emissions, from 1 January 2023. To help shipowners meet these requirements, Maersk Tankers has developed and launched a digital solution that will keep track of vessel emissions. In turn, harnessing the data, shipowners and managers can take measures to improve vessels’ operation such as adjusting their route or speed.

Tips：智能化（数字化）与绿色化（低碳化）是航运业发展的两大趋势。航运业脱碳数字化技术和趋势主要包括：

1. 船舶运营的航程优化；

2. 船舶能效履约相关的数字化管理；

数字化使航运公司能够利用海量的数据和船载传感器来监控其船队的活动，实现航线和船舶性能的优化以及预测性维护。

太平船务订购具备氨燃料预留设计的双燃料集装箱船

PIL Signs Up for Additional Dual-fuel Ammonia-ready Boxships

新加坡太平船务（PIL）订购了4艘8000 TEU液化天然气双燃料集装箱船。该系列船将配备双燃料发动机，可以使用液化天然气或低硫燃油，同时还设计有氨燃料预留（ammonia-ready）燃料舱，便于未来对船舶进行氨燃料动力的改装。液化天然气作为具有商用价值的过渡燃料解决方案，有助于实现2050年净零碳排放的脱碳目标。

Seeing liquefied natural gas (LNG) as a commercially viable fuel solution, Singapore-based shipping company Pacific International Lines (PIL) has placed an order for four 8,000 TEU LNG dual-fuel container vessels. The vessels will be equipped with dual-fuel engines and auxiliaries which can run on both LNG or low sulphur fuel oil. LNG as a commercially viable transition fuel solution and the new vessels, which will once again be LNG dual-fuel and ammonia ready. It will contribute to achieving the decarbonisation goal of attaining net-zero carbon emission by 2050.

Tips：低硫燃油一般是指硫含量在1%以下的馏分油，但为了控制SOx的排放，IMO制定了更加严格的燃油硫含量限值要求：从2020年开始，在SOx排放控制区内，船舶需使用硫含量≤0.10 % m/m 的低硫燃油；在SOx排放控制区外，船舶需使用硫含量≤0.50 % m/m 的低硫燃油。
