法国酒店业巨头雅高集团(Accor)旗下的东方快车(Orient Express)品牌酒店推出了全球最大的风帆助航邮轮——东方快车Silenseas号。这艘能容纳120名乘客的风帆邮轮将采用风力和液化天然气(LNG)混合动力推进技术,计划于2026年正式启航。该船由雅高与总部位于圣纳泽尔的法国大西洋造船厂(Chantiers de l’Atlantique)共同开发建造。据悉,东方快车Silences号是一艘220米长的帆船,配备了大西洋造船厂开发的“Solid Sail”风帆系统,它由三个总表面积为1500米的刚性帆和三根高度均超过100米的倾斜桅杆组成。近日,大西洋船厂已完成了第一根碳纤维桅杆的制造。

Orient Express, part of Paris-based hotel conglomerate Accor, has unveiled the world’s largest wind-assisted sailing ship. The ship’s hybrid propulsion formula will combine wind power with an engine running on LNG. The vessel, which will be able to accommodate 120 passengers, is scheduled to set sail in 2026. The project was developed in cooperation with compatriot shipbuilding company Chantiers de l’Atlantique. Orient Express Silenseas, a 220-meter-long sailing ship, will sail with SolidSail, a system developed by Chantiers de l’Atlantique. Three rigid sails with a surface area of 1,500 meters will be hoisted on a balestron rig, with three tilting masts reaching more than 100 meters high. Recently, the Saint Nazzaire-based shipyard completed the manufacturing of its first carbon-fiber mast.

德国汉堡港与汉堡哈芬物流公司(HHLA)已委托林德工程在其清洁港口与物流集群范围内建造一个加氢站。目前,加氢站正在开发中,将为氢动力重型货车(HGV)和码头设备提供燃料,并在运行中对这些设备进行测试。该加氢站预计于2023年投入运营,其核心设备是一台高压离子压缩机,可将氢气压缩至450 bar,能够为跨运车、空箱堆垛机、叉车、正面吊、码头牵引装置和卡车等提供更高效的加氢服务。在建设加氢站的同时,汉堡港也在完善所需的基础设施,以加速向无排放重型货物物流港口过渡,发展脱碳物流。

Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) has commissioned Linde Engineering to build a hydrogen filling station within the scope of its Clean Port & Logistics innovation cluster. The hydrogen filling station is being developed to fuel hydrogen-powered heavy goods vehicles and terminal equipment and to test them in operation which is expected to begin operation in 2023. The heart of the filling station is an energy-efficient high-pressure ionic compressor that compresses the hydrogen up to 450 bar. This will allow equipment such as straddle carriers, empty container stackers, forklift trucks, reach stackers, terminal tractor units and trucks to be refuelled with hydrogen efficiently. With the construction of the filling station, the required infrastructure is now being created to speed up the transition to emissions free heavy goods logistics and port operations, and to drive forward the decarbonisation of logistics.

日本川崎将开发船舶智能离靠泊辅助系统

日本川崎汽船(“K” LINE)宣布将与其子公司川崎近海汽船(“K” LINE KINKAI)以及川崎重工(KHI)合作研发安全离靠泊辅助系统,以提高船舶操纵、离靠泊与港口系泊作业的安全性及效率。为进一步提高安全性,该系统结合了包括人工智能在内的最新技术。它将成为世界首个为船舶靠离港操作提供综合支持的系统,涵盖了在港操纵、离靠泊以及缆绳监测在内的系泊作业等方面。川崎汽船计划在川崎近海汽船运营的国内船舶上对该系统进行测试,并将于2025年春季正式建成。

Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. (“K” LINE), Kawasaki Kinkai Kisen, Ltd. (“K” LINE KINKAI), and Kawasaki Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (KHI) have agreed to carry out the research and development of the “Safe Berthing/Unberthing Assist System” to enhance safety and efficiency of vessel maneuvering, berthing/unberthing, and mooring operations in ports. For further improvement of safety, this system incorporates the latest technologies, including AI. It will be the first system in the world that provides integrated support for all necessary operations from maneuvering in port, berthing/unberthing, mooring including mooring line monitoring. They will install the system on domestic vessels operated by “K” LINE KINKAI as a testing ground for this research and development and establish this system by spring 2025.

商船三井计划开发风力与氢能驱动的零排放船

日本知名航运公司商船三井计划在2024年开工建造零排放船——Wind Hunter号,这是一艘配有多个硬翼帆并具备船上制氢能力的远洋货船。Wind Hunte号总长60多米,航行中途无需进行燃料加注,当出现强风时,可使用风力辅助推进,同时制备氢气。即通过水下涡轮机旋转发电,将由海水制成的纯净水电解生产氢气,然后将氢气以液态甲基环己烷(MCH)的形式储存在储罐中,实现安全、经济地储存和运输氢。当风力较弱时,该船将利用储存的氢气为燃料电池提供原料,并为驱动船舶前进的电动螺旋桨提供动力。

Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL), a well-known Japanese shipping major, aims to build Wind Hunter, a vessel that produces hydrogen and boasts multiple stiff sails, in 2024. The 60- to 70-meter-long zero-emission cargo vessel would not need refuelling as it’d sail with hydrogen created onboard and wind-assisted power in case of strong winds. The electricity produced by underwater turbines that spin in the water would then be used to electrolyze seawater to yield hydrogen. The methylcyclohexane (MCH) liquid form can be cautiously stored and safely transported. It can then be used affordably to store the hydrogen in tanks. The vessel would use the hydrogen it stored to power a fuel cell that extends electricity and then powers the electric propellers that helped propel the ship forward when the wind was light.

Tips:甲基环己烷作为液态有机载氢体,能够在一个相当宽松的标准条件下以液体形式存在,无论是氢化形式还是脱氢形式,它都与常规化石燃料(如柴油)具有相似的物理性质。鉴于其与常规液体燃料的物理相似性,在现有基础设施内具有容易使用和方便运输的潜力。
