中国海油宣布,由中国自主设计建造的亚洲首艘圆筒型浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)“海洋石油122”号完成船体建造。“海洋石油122”号集原油生产、存储、外输等功能于一体,最大直径约90米,主甲板面积相当于13个标准篮球场,空船总重37000吨,最大排水量达10万吨,最大储油量达6万吨,可连续在海上运行15年不回坞。相对于传统的船型结构,“海洋石油122”号采用新型的圆筒结构设计,具有钢材用量少、整体稳定性好、抵御恶劣海况能力强等特点,可有效提高经济适用性。此外,项目团队还创新采用了三维模拟搭载等数字化手段,实现船体合龙一次就位成功率100%,尺寸公差不超过6毫米,精度控制达到国际先进水平。
China National Offshore Oil Corporation announced the completion of the hull structure of an FPSO vessel independently designed and built by China. Haiyang Shiyou is Asia’s first cylindrical FPSO which has all functions of crude oil production, storage and transmission. The 90 m diameter vessel has a main deck area equal to the size of 13 basketball courts and a maximum storage capacity of 60,000 tonnes of oil, allowing continuous operation at sea for 15 years without coming to the dock. Its new cylindrical structure design that cuts down on the consumption of steel but is durable, strong and can easily stand bad sea conditions, effectively improve the economic performance. The project team used 3D simulation, which allowed for the successful closure of hull parts at one go with a dimensional tolerance of less than 6 mm, reaching an international advanced level, head of project general contracting.

The Global Centre for Maritime Decarbonisation (GCMD) has announced its latest successful biofuel supply chain trial. This latest trial involved a biofuel blend of hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO) and marine gas oil (MGO) as pilot fuel for LPG propulsion in a mid-sized gas carrier equipped with an LPG dual-fuel engine. GCMD said the HVO used in this trial has a well-to-wake emissions of 16 gCO2e/MJ, translating to an 83% reduction in emissions compared to using fossil MGO, and the trial demonstrated a 20% net reduction in emissions compared to the Kaupang sailing on VLSFO. Dr Sanjay Kuttan, Chief Technology Officer of GCMD said, using a biofuel blend with LPG can be a feasible pathway for ships to meet the recently revised IMO indicative decarbonisation checkpoint for 2030.

近日,中船动力(集团)有限公司自主开发的船载碳捕集系统(CPGC-CCS)成功获得了由中国船级社和日本船级社颁发的原则性认可证书(AiP)。该系统具有高效率、低能耗、高集成度等特点,其主要由废气预处理单元、解吸单元、二氧化碳压缩冷凝液化单元三个部分组成。在核心的二氧化碳吸收及解吸单元上,中船动力采用了与巴斯夫集团联合开发的高效复合胺液化学吸收工艺,对船舶发动机尾气中二氧化碳吸收效率达到85%以上,并且实现解吸后二氧化碳纯度不低于99.9%,为下游碳循环利用环节提供了高质量的二氧化碳输入。
The shipboard carbon capture and storage system developed by China Shipbuilding Power Engineering Institute Co. has received approvals in principle (AiP). The AIPs were awarded by two classification societies, the China Classification Society and ClassNK. CSSC Power Group said that its carbon capture system is characterized by high efficiency, minimal energy consumption, and seamless integration. Its key elements include the exhaust gas pretreatment unit, desorption unit, and carbon dioxide compression condensation liquefaction unit. At the heart of this technology lies the core carbon dioxide absorption and desorption unit, which boasts a high-efficiency compound amine liquid chemical absorption process that stands out for its capability to absorb more than 85% of carbon dioxide from ship engine emissions. The subsequent desorption process ensures carbon dioxide purity below 99.9%, a crucial factor in supporting downstream carbon recycling initiatives.
